PNY, a New Jersey-based electronics manufacturer that services more than 50 countries around the world with computer, internet and telecommunications products has deployed a product security system from Avigilon, the company announced. After moving into a large manufacturing facility that required a considerable amount of improvement, the company needed to upgrade the majority of the machinery along with the surveillance system in the building. To protect the company’s inventory from theft, safeguard the warehouse’s 500 employees and improve daily business and safety practices, PNY deployed the Avigilon system because of the software’s ease of use and the image clarity produced. PNY uses the Avigilon system for evaluating production on the assembly lines, assessing employee efficiency, to respond to incidents remotely and keep track of the warehouse after hours and on weekends.
